Acceptance
By accessing or using PocketBrains, including the website, chat interface, API, or any related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the PocketBrains Privacy Policy.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share account access or allow unauthorized access to your account.
Acceptable use
You may not use PocketBrains to:
- Violate law, regulation, or the rights of others.
- Abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the service or its infrastructure.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, harmful content, or materials you do not have rights to use.
- Bypass product limits, authentication controls, billing controls, or account restrictions.
API keys, billing, and limits
Developer API keys are issued to individual accounts and must be used in accordance with PocketBrains billing rules. API usage may be limited, suspended, or blocked if your wallet balance falls below zero, if fraud or abuse is suspected, or if payment processing fails.
User content
You are responsible for the prompts, files, data, and other content you submit to PocketBrains. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit that content and to request processing of it through the service.
Service changes and availability
PocketBrains may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, APIs, or service access at any time, including beta functionality, pricing, limits, and model behavior.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
PocketBrains is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PocketBrains will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to PocketBrains at our discretion, including where we believe a user has violated these Terms, created security risk, or failed to comply with billing obligations.
